1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Before Or After iOS and iPadOS application (“the App”), published by Endless Innovations LLC (“Endless Innovations,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

It also explains the limited information that may be processed when you visit this privacy page or contact us about the App.

You can play the App without creating an Endless Innovations account. We do not operate a first-party gameplay analytics server or receive your locally stored scores, rewards, preferences, or saved Timeline directly from the App.

Information may be used to:

• Save your progress and preferences on your device
• Operate scores, streaks, rewards, and Daily Challenges
• Provide Game Center leaderboards and multiplayer matches
• Generate and play Async Challenges you choose to share
• Display, measure, and limit the frequency of advertisements
• Prevent advertising fraud and abuse
• Diagnose crashes and advertising-SDK performance problems
• Record and respect consent and privacy choices
• Respond to support and privacy requests
• Maintain the security and availability of our website

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on your consent, the operation of features you request, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and operating an ad-supported service where permitted.

4. Advertising, consent, and tracking

Before Or After is supported by advertising. The App may display banner advertisements, advertisements at natural breaks in gameplay, and optional rewarded advertisements that provide an in-game benefit when you choose to watch them.

Google’s User Messaging Platform may display a regional consent or privacy message. Where required, the App provides a Manage Ad Privacy Choices option so you can review or change eligible advertising choices.

Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) permission is separate from Google’s regional consent choices. When ATT permission is requested:

• If you allow tracking, Google may use the advertising identifier and other permitted information for personalized advertising, measurement, and cross-company tracking.
• If you ask the App not to track, the App does not enable ATT-authorized advertising tracking. Advertising may still be displayed using contextual, limited, or otherwise permitted data, subject to your regional consent choices.

5. Sharing and third-party services

Endless Innovations does not directly sell personal information for money. Depending on the law where you live, Google’s personalized advertising activity may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” of personal information. You can use the controls described above to manage applicable choices.

Information may be processed by or shared with:

• Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: advertising, consent, measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
• Apple Game Center: authentication, player identity, leaderboards, matchmaking, and live multiplayer.
• People and services you choose: when you copy or share an Async Challenge code using Apple’s share sheet, Messages, email, or another service.
• Website and email providers: hosting this page, securing the website, and receiving messages you send us.
• Legal or safety recipients: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or protect users and the public.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local App data

Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until it is removed through an applicable in-app control or you delete the App. The App’s Reset All Statistics control clears the statistics covered by that control; it does not necessarily remove every saved preference, reward, recent-event record, or Timeline save.

To remove all locally stored App data from a device, use Apple’s Delete App option rather than Offload App. Information restored from an Apple backup may return according to your Apple backup settings.

Google and Apple data

Google and Apple determine the retention of information they process through their respective services. See Google’s retention information and Apple’s Privacy Policy .

Support communications

Messages sent to us are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

7. Children’s privacy

Before Or After is a general-audience history game and is not directed primarily to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide an email address, precise location, payment information, or other direct contact information through the App.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to Endless Innovations, contact us at the address below so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

8. Your rights and privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about the processing of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or opt out of certain targeted-advertising activities.

You can exercise available choices by:

• Using Manage Ad Privacy Choices in the App when that option is available
• Reviewing tracking permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Using Google’s My Ad Center controls
• Deleting applicable local data or deleting the App
• Contacting us at the email address below

We will respond to verifiable privacy requests as required by applicable law. We may need enough information to confirm the nature of your request, but we will not ask for an Apple ID password, advertising identifier, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials.

9. Security and international processing

Local App information is stored within the App’s iOS application environment. Connections to Apple, Google, and external websites use the security mechanisms provided by iOS and those services, including encrypted HTTPS connections where supported.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we control, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Apple, Google, website-hosting providers, and email providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Their privacy policies explain the safeguards they use for international processing.

10. Historical sources and external links

The App may open historical-source pages, Wikipedia or Wikimedia pages, and other third-party websites in Safari or another browser. Those websites are independent from Endless Innovations and handle information according to their own privacy policies.

Opening an external link may provide the destination website with ordinary connection information such as your IP address, browser details, referring information, and the requested page.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, advertising configuration, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we publish a revision.

If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the App, release notes, or another appropriate method.
